Olba AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the scope, features, or design of its services at any time without prior notice.

2. AI Outputs and Disclaimer

Olba AI autonomous agents operate using large language models (LLMs) and various artificial intelligence algorithms.

• Duty to Verify: Code, communication drafts, reports, or actions generated by AI agents may contain errors. The user bears full and sole responsibility for verifying and approving the final accuracy of all actions taken and outputs generated by the agents.
• Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Olba AI be held liable for any data loss, financial damages, business interruptions, or legal disputes resulting directly or indirectly from AI outputs.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All design elements, logos, graphics, text, code, animations, and the Olba AI brand on our website are the intellectual property of Olba AI. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree to adhere to the following rules when using the Olba AI platform and website:

• No activity may be undertaken that threatens the security of the system, overloads the network infrastructure, or disrupts the experience of other users.
• Reverse engineering of open-source or licensed Olba AI modules is strictly prohibited.
• AI agents may not be used for illegal activities, sending spam emails, generating misleading information, or developing malware.

5. Waitlist Registration

By registering for our waitlist, you consent to receive Olba AI updates and closed beta invitations at the email address provided. Registration does not guarantee access rights or priority. Olba AI reserves the right to accept waitlist users into the system based on its own criteria.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from the application of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan).
